設施：酒店設施比較老舊，隔音不太好，隔壁説話能聽見。浴室地面泛白，淋浴接口有點漏水，花灑上有許多老舊黑印。
衞生：洗手桌面水漬較多。床鋪沒問題，我們自帶一次性用品。 浴巾毛巾沒使用沒有打開看。未提供肥皂，洗襪內衣褲需要找前台要，這一點來説不是特別方便。
環境：環境OK，酒店門面好找，裏面不算太大，但是也可以了。
服務：服務非常滿意，總體來説是住過的亞朵體驗最差的一次。 進店後首先覺得不夠熱情，入住後説最不滿意的點，白天出去暴走一天，回來腳疼的嚴重，晚上電話問前台有沒有臉盆或者泡腳桶，想泡泡腳，前台説沒有，感受到態度很不好。第二天我在網上查到有，於是加購了酒店的泡腳桶，催促兩次後給送上樓。 前一晚打電話問的時候直接説沒有，也不告訴我有泡腳桶，需要付費購買。又不是不買，問就是要用了，直接説有需要付費不就行了嗎？當天晚上接電話的男性態度特別不友好！ 洗澡的時候一次性拖鞋會濕，問要拖鞋，那人直接説讓踩在地上，出來在地巾上蹭蹭腳，我問直接光腳在地上衞生嗎？沒有細菌，不會傳染腳氣嗎？總之：總體的服務太差勁了。還沒快捷酒店住着舒心呢！
如果有別的選擇，就別選這家店了，入住體驗很差勁，後悔選這家酒店。

位置還好，開車去西安玩，住這邊有免費車位，去核心景區也不遠，前台很熱情，因為帶着孩子，免費給升級了房型，早餐很豐盛，春節期間，早餐吃到10:30還有，西安遊客太多了，去景點不如在酒店舒服

5.1航班取消，臨時調整到5.2，一鍵退掉了5.1當天的款項，很敏捷完全沒有問題👍
5.2到店後，酒店幫忙無條件升級了家庭房，貼心安排靠小區的一側，很安靜。
酒店的餐飲大體ok，複合亞朵一直的水平，周邊夜市小吃都很多，燒烤、泡饃、涼皮肉夾饃、胡辣湯都有一些本地不錯的店。
酒店有比較簡單的健身房，器械少，做做有氧還可以，在快捷酒店中已算不易，點贊支持。

亞朵住了這麼多次，第一次碰到設施如此破舊的店！台盆上的洗漱盒我以為是做舊仿古的，仔細一看，不是仿，是真的又舊又破又臟！地面毛巾破邊了，浴室地面水垢成白色，門拉鎖斷了頭！哎
