Sheraton Xi'an North City Hotel(Longshouyuan Subway Station Store)

I stayed at Sheraton Xi’an North for a full week and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in China. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the hotel’s location made it extremely convenient for getting around Xi’an. Housekeeping was consistently excellent throughout my stay, and the hotel facilities were top-class. But what truly made the difference was the outstanding service — especially from concierge staff Xiao Han (小韩). He went above and beyond every single day, offering genuinely warm, thoughtful, and proactive assistance. Whether it was helping with transportation, giving detailed local tips, or assisting with last-minute arrangements, Xiao Han always handled everything with sincerity and professionalism. His extra-mile service really elevated my entire stay and made me feel well taken care of. If you’re visiting Xi’an and want a hotel with both great hardware and exceptional people, Sheraton Xi’an North is an easy recommendation. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

This was one of the best services we ever had. You can ask anything you want. They have a lot of elevators. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is super diverse. Just make sure to have a WeChat account and everything is super smooth. Good location because it’s close to the subway station. Then it takes 10-15min to reach the center. So you avoid the super busy center. Taking a didi and taxi is very easy here. Tip : Take a bike ride on the wall super fun
