The hotel location is a bit far off compared with my other bookings with Trip.com. There is a nearby MRT about 450m from hotel. Some eateries/amenity shops around too but need to walk across the road of 300m each way left and right. Hotel has a cafe/bar but limited choice. There is a Chinese restaurant.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned up every day and got new towels daily. It was easy ordering food and stuff and having it sent to my room. The location is very convenient few minutes away from the subway

We had a pleasant experience. Check-in was fast and professional, staff spoke English well and we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. All we’d need would be a bigger bathtub.

It is a bit disappointing to choose this hotel for my trip. The staff in front desk didn’t provide good customer services. No welcome no smile from them while checking in. I think the hotel management should provide more training for them. Some of the area in the toilet is a bit old.

The main disappointment of this hotel was in inability of the staff at the reception desk speak English. If you come to the hotel after 9PM it’s better for you to think what will you eat, because there is no any restaurant in the hotel or any reliable food courts/cafes where you can enjoy your late dinner.
