Pretty and clean, big spaces, friendly staff, package comes with hot spring experience! Can improve on the following: heated toilet bowls would be nice for winter, and perhaps provide guest laundry especially for longer stay guests.

The hotel is wonderful, I recommend it! Service at a very good level, very attentive and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, cosy, beautiful panoramic view. Not far from the hotel you can visit the museum Terracotta Army. Thanks for comfortable accommodation and attentive professional service!

The hotel staff is very nice. The rooms are beautiful. However, the soundproof of the room is extremely bad. I could hear people next door talking as if they were in my room.

The experience of personal hot spring is very satisfactory. The hot spring is located just outside the room and can use it any time in the hotel.
Location is very convenient, about 10 mins away from express way exit. There are lots of local foods around the hotel that can enjoy.
Service is not bad. It could be better if the mini bar could have more drinks, especially alcohol.

Beautiful hotel. I particularly enjoyed the hotel hot spring and jacuzzi. My room had an oven, induction cooker, and chimney to be able to cook anything.

The last time I checked in, my ID card was left behind and was sent to the office by the front desk staff. The swimsuit I changed out of once was also sent back to the room by the staff. Checked in on the last day of Qingming Festival. There were not many people and check-in was very fast. I booked a king-size bed room in Huaqingyuan. There are two buildings in the park, Huaqingyuan and Lishanyuan. Check-in and check-out are both in Lishanyuan. There are electric cars to pick up people in the park, which is very convenient.
