EASTERN HOUSE(Near Bell&Drum Tower City Wall)

The hotel service was incredibly good. The room was clean and cosy. Also they were so nice to give free welcome snacks and the pictorial of Xi An drawing was nice too. I was also impressed when I saw facial mask on returning to the hotel after tired walking. Also the desserts and buffet breakfast were yummy too. For hotel Location, need to walk about 10 to 15 mins to go to the shopping area.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is well-located and offers many cute little complimentary gifts. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. I have absolutely no complaints!

Stayed for 5 nights and did a last minute additional night booking as our flight was at night. Staff was accommodating and helpful to switch my family and I (total 7 pax) on the morning of checkout to the new room. Special mention to Doris and the team for being so on the ball and flexible. Location was good, away from the main city center but near enough for a short morning walk ~10-15 minutes. Near stretches of food streets and cafe. Room was a bit dim. We asked for an additional room fan because the aircon switched to heater and even with the windows opened, it wasn’t cool enough.

We stayed in a three beds family room for four days. The location is very good, walking distance to Gulou, Zhonglou, huimin street. The breakfast is very good, has an onsite noodle or wanton cooking station, it features different Xian flavors every day, the liangpi is good, the Zhengao is good too. The hotel also has afternoon tea, it has different Chinese or western pastries, we enjoyed it the first day we came. In the evening, it provided sweet soup, I enjoyed very much. The room is always clean, the shower is strong and the hair blower is powerful. The towels and linens are all of super quality. The hotel also offered to lead umbrella, it was raining every day we stayed there. We had enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again next time we come to Xian.

A great hotel in a good location. We walked to all the main locations. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was good. I like the fact that they had a fridge full of complimentary water bottles near the elevator on our floor.
