I recently stayed with my family at the Xi’an Jinjiang West Capital Hotel, booking two Executive Suites (Xingzheng Taofang) on the 10th floor. While the location of the hotel is indeed excellent — close to many attractions and convenient for family travelers — I unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience that I believe other travelers should be aware of. During our stay, my Apple iPhone was lost in room #1007. Using the “Find My iPhone” function, I was able to confirm and even take a screenshot showing that the phone was still located inside the hotel building. However, despite this clear evidence, the hotel management informed us that they could not find the device. I had expected that a hotel of this standard would have sufficient security measures and surveillance cameras to help locate lost items — especially when digital tracking shows that the device remains on the premises. Unfortunately, no meaningful assistance or resolution was provided. It is truly disappointing, as I have stayed in many hotels — including Sofitel and others — and have never had such an issue. While the Jinjiang West Capital Hotel has a good location and reasonable comfort, I would advise future guests to consider other hotels with stronger security and better management support.

Lovely Hotel with great breakfast. Easy to reach, right next to Line 6 stop. Walking distance to Bell Tower. Spring was lovely greeting us and showing us to our room. Amazing laundry room with 3 washing machines and 3 dryers as well as steaming stations and iron. All free of charge and detergent is already in the machine. If you wanna use the swimming pool, you need to buy a swimming cap. Muslim food area right behind the hotel with millions of food options. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked the family room and the kids loved it. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was helpful, professional and spoke good English. The hotel is situated in the very centre of Xi’an, within a few metres from the metro station. The coffee and the buffet breakfast were excellent.
