服務真的差，凌晨3點零幾訂的房，都沒有過最晚入住時間，3點20左右就申請取消啦，20分之內的操作，然後6點半左右，平台給的回覆，説商家單方面不同意取消，因為整晚留房啦，商家回覆，平台給處理的，讓找平台，讓我別找她（商家）！我都沒去辦理核實入住，商家單方面就核實啦，酒店啥樣子都沒見到，就扣錢啦，真的避雷避雷！不帶這樣賺錢的！

騙人的，千萬別住，根本就不是什麼酒店，還在小區裏面，單元樓上，連個門頭都沒有，不知道怎麼註冊的，人也看不到，全程都是電話聯繫，人也不出來，環境特別差，圖片上面都是騙人的，大家別相信，出了問題平台也不管，沒人負責。
