Swissôtel Xi’an Xinxing Hot Spring

Event process: On December 7, 2024, I checked into the Swissotel Xi'an Xinxing Hot Spring at 2:40 p.m. and booked two of the hotel's most expensive private hot spring suites. When I got to the room, I found that the room was very cold, and the central air-conditioning unit showed that the temperature was only 16 degrees. There is a strong odor in the hotel room. There is no light in the shower room. Because the room was very cold, I asked the hotel many times for an extra quilt, but the hotel told me that there was no quilt. There were only 10 extra quilts in the entire hotel, which had been added to other rooms. At 19:30 p.m., I fell in the private hot spring in the suite. There were no warning signs and anti-slip measures in the hotel suites and private hot springs, as well as signs and reflective strips indicating how many steps to take in the private hot springs, and the lighting was extremely dim. After the fall, we called the front desk as soon as possible, but no one paid attention. They only told us that there was a hospital nearby and we took a taxi there. After we went to the hospital for emergency stitches, the hotel still has not dealt with it and no one in charge has come forward to solve it.

The design of the hotel's front desk is very good. It is on the 13th floor. The design is quite unique. The hotel's hot spring is also very good. It is pure natural. Xiao Lei and Xiao Feng at the front desk have great service and are very considerate.

The room facilities are complete, comfortable, warm, hygienic and clean. The breakfast that combines Chinese and Western tastes great. The hot spring with garden view is particularly refreshing. I have stayed in a high-quality hotel that has been recommended for many times👍Xiao Feng

A very good hotel, the sky lobby and restaurant have a great view, the hot spring is small but exquisite and interesting, the breakfast is OK, and the view is really good. The hot spring water is indeed the kind of smooth hot spring water that can wash the fat, and it is changed every day. Next to it is the Chanba Wetland Park, and it is quite nice to walk along the river. The only drawback is that the 901 phone where we stayed had a problem and we couldn't call for mineral water. Also, you have to bring the hotel's bathrobe when you go downstairs to take a hot spring bath. There is no bath towel underneath, and drinking water is not provided. Overall, it is 9 points.
