Parking is convenient and free. The reception staff at the front desk are all very nice, warm and thoughtful. The postcards on the front desk and the room are very warm and feel at home. The focus is on the laundry room, self-service laundry, free of charge. Because I washed it very late, I put it in the dryer and went back to my room to sleep. The next morning I found that the waiter had helped to dry it, and the waiter was also very enthusiastic.

Very good check-in experience, the room is an ensuite, the curtains are smart switches, it is very nice to take a bath while listening to music. I left my hat in a hurry when I left, and the service staff helped me mail it home after finding out. Special thanks to everyone in the hotel!

酒店位置佳，距離景點都很近，去城牆，鐘樓，鼓樓回民街，都可以選擇步行，出來酒店巷子不遠處就是雙地鐵口，去大唐不夜城乘坐地鐵4站超級方便，旅遊出行必選酒店！前台服務也超級好，問啥都熱情解答！入住滿意，必須好評！

也是很多地方的希岸酒店了。從這次住的酒店來説，衹能説全國希岸酒店都不好。這次的希岸酒店永寧門。真的很差。我們定的雙床房，第一次給我們安排的房間到了晚上窗子壞了關不住，直接漏風不行，還很吵。吵得人一晚上都睡不着。房間也很冷。説的第二天來收拾窗子，我們第二天早上出門前給前台也説了，但是還是沒有收拾，前台和打掃衞生的互相踢皮球。也沒個解決態度。問前台怎麼解決，就説個換房，連個好態度都沒有。最後換房後，窗子邊也還是有風。另外一個客房人員給幫我們換房的阿姨打電話，在那點説我們毛病多，説窗子沒有百分百嚴實的，必須要有點縫。我們準備想説他的，但是幫我們換房間的阿姨態度好，怕他扣工資。就沒有再説什麼。
最後，房間整體樣子和圖片上一樣，但是很小。隔音也不好，旁邊房間説話聲音大了能聽清説的很麼。房間偏冷，同時長者和小孩儘量不要入住，我不知道大床房是什麼樣的，但是雙床房的房間地是不平的，中間有一塊直接凸出來的，不注意就容易摔倒。房間設施很舊，買的價也高。前台人員態度也不好，遇見問題不解決，反正不值得推薦入住！

這個酒店是我這次來西安住的體驗感最差的一天，房價是這幾天最高，但體驗感最差的一天，衞生情況很差，電梯間，走廊衞生非常差，很久未打掃的感覺，地毯上很臟，且油膩的感覺，房間地面衞生也比較差，坐墊明顯油膩臟的感覺，窗簾也是明顯可見的臟，洗澡時候水外滋的厲害。總之，這個酒店的確是我這次西安住的體驗感最差的酒店，對不起五百多不含早餐的價格。唯一就是距離永寧門比較近
