The Novotel Xian Bell Tower is a highly recommended choice for its prime location and comfortable accommodations. Our single-night stay was very pleasant, and we appreciated that the hotel offers complete and modern amenities for guests.Having access to a well-equipped gym and a free self-service laundry facility significantly enhanced the convenience of our visit. As a solo traveller, I was pleasantly surprised how amazing the location is. Almost everything you need is around. I was checked in by a very friendly Jason . He was kind and pleasant . Then later on Ms Jennifer took care of most of my enquires and patiently took time and complete every task for me from getting a rental power bank, helping me to book a car to helping me find a dental hospital when I broke my tooth ! Other staffs like Ms Mia and Sharon have been nothing but kind to me . In short, you can be assured that the service is almost impeccable even though they do not speak English. Kindness is a universal language ! Well done Novotel Bell tower for having nice staffs

The hotel is in Prime location, a few steps away from the metro and Bell tower. Ms. Jennifer speaks English. She helps me to book a shuttle van for Novotel Huashan. Breakfast is ok but can be better. It changes everyday so if you like something you will not eat it tomorrow. The only problem is i can't understand Chinese so I can't use an electric toilet. I love ice and a comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel is just right on the street so I can hear the horn too. I had a pleasure in Novotel Xi'an. Recommend

Good location near Xi’an Bell tower. Anyways, because of this location, room next to the road (room type: city view) can be a little bit noisy, even though our room is on 8th floor which is the highest. We have stayed here for 3 nights and every day breakfast is great.

Novotel Xi An provide the best service for our 4 nights stay. The hotel staff 老王 personally send us out to wait for our cab. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The receptionist Jeenifer Guo was very helpful and answered all our questions. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. We arrived mid night 4am due to flight delayed they called to reconfirm time of arrival and give us free fruit platter and upgrade our room for more comfy stay. Amenities all provided and hotel is free from smoke smell. Definitely worth every penny and if we would return we will choose Novotel again.

Nice hotel in a very central location. Our booking came with free afternoon tea and mini bar. There is a guest self-serviced laundry service, which they will assist in sending the finished laundry back to your room if needed. Good customer service by front staff, especially Ms Faye Mu. Highly recommended.
