Novotel Xi an The Bell Tower Hotel

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right near the Bell Tower, with a subway entrance (Exit H) conveniently located right outside. The room was clean and tidy, and the king-size bed in our room was genuinely huge. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly, the toiletries were pleasant, and the complimentary Bama water was a nice touch. While the breakfast buffet wasn't overly extensive, everything was delicious, especially the made-to-order beef noodles, oil-splashed noodles, and roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) – they were all fantastic. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and professional.

Facilities: Fully equipped with a laundry room, gym, and lounge, all very well-appointed. Cleanliness: Clean and odorless. Environment: Comfortable and quiet. Service: Very attentive. When the kids next door were noisy at night, one call was all it took to resolve the issue. The hotel's location right next to the Bell Tower is super convenient, whether you're taking the subway or a taxi.

This hotel is perfectly located right outside Exit H of the Bell Tower Metro Station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. There's also a direct shuttle bus stop for the Terracotta Warriors just a short walk away. You'll find plenty of options for food, drinks, entertainment, and souvenir shopping nearby. The hotel even has self-service washing machines, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Just note that the lobby is on the second floor!

The Novotel is in a fantastic location, right above Metro Lines 2 and 6, offering direct access to all major attractions. It's also just three stops from the train station. Downstairs, there's a travel agency where you can catch direct buses to the Terracotta Army and hop-on-hop-off city tour buses. As for the hotel's front desk staff, check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety, including freshly made 'sauteed' noodles and beef noodles daily, plus a mix of Chinese and Western options. This explains why we saw quite a few foreigners staying here. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose the Bell Tower Novotel again. 100% recommended!

The location is fantastic, right at H exit of the subway. There are many malls across the street, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. Ordering delivery is also a breeze. It's very close to the Bell and Drum Towers, so getting anywhere is easy. The staff are so friendly, making you feel right at home. They even gave us local specialties when we checked out, which was such a nice touch. I'll definitely book here again if I get the chance!

The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of the Bell Tower. Right outside, you have access to Metro Lines 2 and 6, which is a great alternative during rush hour, perfect for catching an early train to the station in the morning or heading to the Grand Tang Everbright City in the evening. The hotel also has a laundry room, and the staff are very friendly. For breakfast, they offer a variety of Xi'an-style noodles. They even have plenty of bottled water available for guests by the staircase, showing their attention to detail. This was my first time staying in a room with a 2.4-meter bed, and it was absolutely perfect for parents traveling with a 7-year-old child!
