Wyndham Grand Xi'An Residence

This is my first time staying in an apartment hotel, and also my first time to review an accommodation hotel, because this experience left a deep impression on me. The location is really good, right next to the Tang Dynasty City that never sleeps, and it is very convenient to go out at night. When booking the hotel, you will be reminded that it is noisy before 23:00 in the evening because of the Tang Dynasty City that never sleeps, which is normal, and we didn't go back until after 23:00. I never expected that the noise outside at 5 a.m. would wake me up, similar to the sound of a sewage pump, which lasted for a long time. Living on the fifth floor, my head was buzzing with noise. I thought it was just a short while, but I didn't expect it to last so long that I couldn't stand it anymore and had to call customer service to deal with it.

The apartment is right next to the Everlasting City of the Tang Dynasty. It is very convenient for food, drink, accommodation and transportation. It is very close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Chang'an Twelve Hours, and the History Museum. I choose this place every time I go on a business trip. The service at the front desk is very good and they gave me a lot of help during my stay. , special thanks to front desk manager Yang Xiaofei and receptionists Yuanyuan and Zhang Hongjie. We will come again next time!

My first time staying at a Wyndham apartment and I was so impressed! The room is large, fully equipped and comfortable. The hotel and room decoration are new and luxurious. The sanitation and service are excellent! The hotel is located at the south gate of the Everlasting City of the Tang Dynasty. It has a strategic location and good sound insulation. The price/performance ratio is very good and can meet the travel and accommodation needs of a family of four. The space is larger than that of ordinary hotels, and you can cook by yourself. Near the apartment are the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Everlasting City of the Tang Dynasty.

We booked two suites for two families. Manager Yang at the front desk of the hotel, adhering to humanized service, upgraded us to a large suite with 6 bedrooms, which was enough for our needs. The service is first-class, the facilities are complete, and the surrounding facilities are also complete, including Hema, massage, and attractions. It was very good. I originally booked a family vacation, but the store upgraded me to a Wild Goose Pagoda View Room for free. It is very suitable for families to book, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Living together as a family is safe. Generally, hotels can only book two rooms, which is not very convenient if there are three people staying there. Apartment type, with living room, dining room, kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, etc. The interior of the apartment is very clean. Auntie cleans it every day and replenishes cleaning utensils, water and other items in the room. The store's service is attentive. I didn’t know the route to visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, but the store proactively provided a complete route guide. Thank you so much. It is very, very, very, very close to the Tang Dynasty Everlasting City. It only takes 3 minutes to walk from the lobby to the Tang Dynasty Evernight City. Students who plan to do Hanfu modeling don’t have to worry about the inconvenience of returning to the hotel wearing Hanfu. I can only say that it is very convenient! 3 minutes ~ For example, at 22:00 there will be a performance in Datang Evernight City, so you don’t have to worry about walking a long way back after it’s over. You can take a walk every night to explore the Everlasting City of Tang Dynasty. It’s not far from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and the route on Baidu Map is only about 2km. Take a walk from the apartment to the square in front of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and back, about 5,000 steps. The building next to the apartment is Yintai Shopping Mall, and Hema Fresh Food, which is very close. Please see my map for the specific route (I found it by myself: turn right after exiting the lobby, which is more convenient than taking the main road and saves time. It takes about 5 minutes to walk.)
