This hotel seamlessly blends Tang Dynasty elements with cyberpunk aesthetics, creating a futuristic and club-like ambiance from the lobby to the guest rooms. Every corner is picture-perfect. The oversized L-shaped balcony offers direct views of the lake at Qujiangchi Relics Park, with particularly stunning sunsets. The gym and pool are excellent, featuring new and spacious equipment. The in-room audio system (like B&W) and amenities (such as a Dyson hairdryer and smart toilet) are also top-notch. The service is impeccable; any requests are promptly attended to. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, a very satisfying stay!

Before coming to Xi'an, I checked online and thought the W Hotel looked great and offered good value for money, so I booked a two-night stay. From the moment I arrived at the hotel entrance, I was met with such warmth. The staff, from the attendants to the managers, were all young, which immediately caught my eye. The hotel itself is grand, with a novel and avant-garde design that's a feast for the eyes. The room was super large, spacious, and bright, with new facilities and luxurious decor. The bedding was comfortable, and the bed was huge – the double bed in my room was 1.5 meters wide, the biggest double bed I've ever slept in! Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and everything tasted delicious. This stay was absolutely perfect, and I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.

The room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The bed was large and cozy. The bathroom was excellent, with a bathtub for soaking and a smart toilet. Plenty of complimentary bottled water and a capsule coffee machine were provided. From the 18th-floor balcony, the outdoor scenery was completely visible. The best part was the complimentary travel photoshoot from the hotel. The photographer was very professional, patiently taking full-body, half-body, and close-up shots, and guiding our poses. They were also great during the photo selection process, offering professional advice. The photos turned out beautiful, and we are extremely satisfied. Many thanks to the travel photoshoot for capturing such lovely memories for us.

The front desk service was excellent and very welcoming. The bellhop at the entrance was very sharp, greeting people proactively, making us feel right at home. My friend and I had a great experience. Phone inquiries were answered quickly, and it felt like all our needs could be met. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an.

Every time I visit Xi'an, I stay at the W Hotel. The customer service lady is super quick to respond on WeChat, and the front desk staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful when I call. Deliveries for packages or food are handled very efficiently. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady on the 15th floor – her service attitude is outstanding, and the rooms are always spotlessly clean! 👍 I'll definitely keep choosing the W Hotel for my future stays. :)

This was my first stay at a W Hotel, and it was a good experience. Upon arrival, the doormen immediately took our luggage and helped bring it to our room. When we left or went out, they also helped open and close car doors and load luggage into the car. Thumbs up!👍 The front desk staff were all very friendly and promptly handled our requests. Thumbs up!👍 The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options; I recommend the臊子面 (sauteed minced pork noodles)! We also received complimentary cocktails in our room, which was a nice touch!

The staff are incredibly enthusiastic and always manage to surprise you. The breakfast is abundant and exquisite, setting you up for an energetic day. This is the ultimate place to unwind and de-stress; I always find myself reluctant to leave.

Five-star price, but not five-star service. I stayed for 3 nights, and they didn't even replenish toothpaste, toothbrushes, or towels when they cleaned the room. The most annoying thing is that they charged a deposit, but there was nothing consumable in the room. After checking out, they called me to say I drank a beverage from their fridge. Seriously, that means there weren't even any drinks in there when I checked in, and now they're trying to pin it on me. This really calls a guest's integrity into question.
