Yun He Ye Bo Hotel (Xi'an Zhonggulou South Gate)

The biggest surprise and unexpected pleasure of this trip was this hotel. The service was excellent, breakfast was great, I slept wonderfully, the decor was lovely, and the cleanliness was impeccable. They cleaned my room thoroughly every day. The facilities were more than adequate. I extended my stay and ended up spending five very comfortable nights there.

The room was spacious and the service was excellent. They even offered sweet soup and milk in the evenings. It was super convenient for getting around, and the airport shuttle service was a big plus! When we were tired from sightseeing and didn't want to go out, we could have dinner at the hotel. They were great about making dishes non-spicy, which was perfect for traveling with kids. The food had that 'wok hei' flavor and the stir-fries were really fragrant and delicious. Anything we needed was promptly delivered by a robot! The privacy in the bathroom was also well thought out; you could shower or use the toilet without it being an issue for others using the vanity. We could easily fit two suitcases without the room feeling cramped. Highly recommend it! The amenities were also fantastic – the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were all great. Because of this experience, I'm eager to try this hotel chain in other cities next time! I'll definitely be recommending it to friends.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic! They offer complimentary airport transfers, which you just need to register for a day in advance. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. We were traveling with two children, and the hotel even included their breakfasts free of charge. The location is super convenient, very close to the city wall, right next to Wenchang Gate. When we checked out, they surprised us with three complimentary gifts, which was a lovely touch. The front desk asked about our stay, and I mentioned that I found the pillows uncomfortable and woke up with a sore neck. The staff then told me they actually have various types of pillows and I could have called the front desk to request a change, but I had no idea! 😂 Aside from that, there really wasn't anything else I disliked. If I ever visit Xi'an again, I would definitely choose to stay at Yunhe Yepo Hotel.

The hotel offers airport shuttle service; you just need to book it a day in advance. From pickup to check-in, the driver and staff were incredibly attentive, helping with luggage all the way to the room. They even gave us a free Hanfu experience voucher! Every evening, there are kids' activities, and ordering takeout is super convenient—a robot delivers it right to your door; just open up when your phone rings. Laundry service is available, and the room itself was spotless with no strange odors. Drinks are replenished daily. It’s also close to many attractions. Upon departure, they even gave us a gift and a fridge magnet!

I booked two deluxe king rooms this time and had a very comfortable stay. Originally, I had booked a different well-known business chain hotel, but considering I was staying for 3 nights, I was worried the room would be too small and depressing. After checking, I found that the Yunhe Yebo Hotel had much larger rooms, at 40 square meters with a 2-meter king bed, so I decisively changed my reservation. Upon arrival, I discovered the hotel's excellent location, just 200 meters from Wenchang Gate, allowing me to walk to the city wall in just 3 minutes. It's also conveniently located near other attractions, and getting a taxi is very easy. (Actually, staying right next to major attractions can be inconvenient due to traffic restrictions making it hard to get a taxi.) The hotel service was very thoughtful; they offer complimentary airport shuttle service, free laundry service, provide warm mineral water, and even cute little gifts… 😍 Waking up each day to watch the Xi'an sunrise from my room before starting my day's itinerary filled me with strength. 👍 Special thanks to麗 (Li) and 盼 (Pan) at the front desk, and also to an unknown young man. 😊 Yunhe Yebo is a hotel with warmth! 👍 Xi'an is a city full of love! 👍

The room facilities are complete, the shower has great water pressure, and the water temperature is perfect. The hotel's service is also meticulous and pays great attention to the guest experience. Every staff member has a strong service意识 (service mindset/awareness) and provides excellent service. The breakfast also tastes good. The hotel's location is very convenient too. Highly recommended!
