The room isn't huge, but the overall stay was truly excellent. It had a wonderful antique charm and a rich historical feel. The hot spring water was very clean, and it wasn't crowded. A special shout-out to Jinghong Travel Photography! I honestly didn't think much of the complimentary hotel photoshoot and didn't put much effort into choosing my outfit or makeup, but the photos turned out much better than I expected. The photographer was incredibly patient and guided me through the whole shoot. Looking forward to seeing the final edited pictures!

As one of the top hot spring hotels in the country, the check-in experience was truly impressive. The guest rooms come with private hot springs, and it was my first time experiencing hot spring water that circulates all day. From 7 PM to midnight every evening, the hot springs continuously and automatically circulate, allowing guests to enjoy a soak even after returning from the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance. This washes away travel fatigue, making for an excellent experience. The next day, guests can visit the Baoji Pool outdoor public hot springs, which offer a secluded outdoor environment with low traffic and spacious surroundings, making for a very pleasant hot spring experience. Regarding dining, breakfast is served at the Royal Dining Hall. The hotel provides a shuttle service for transportation, saving guests the walk and a lot of time. The restaurant service is attentive and thoughtful, and they even specially prepared authentic Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) on the spot, which was full of flavor. Dinner is also served here, and I highly recommend the braised Yellow River soft-shelled turtle; it's definitely worth trying. The hotel's location is a significant advantage, with an exclusive access channel to the Huaqing Palace, making it very convenient to enter and exit the scenic area. I also want to provide honest feedback on some areas for improvement: The front desk and shuttle staff were a bit stiff in their demeanor, lacking warmth and giving off a distant vibe, as if their workplace was too high-end. Also, the cleanliness details in the public areas need improvement. I found traces of small insects inside drawers, so I recommend strengthening deep disinfection and daily cleaning and maintenance.

The HUAQING YUTANG Hotel was the best hotel of this trip. Built into the mountainside, its architecture is beautiful. The hotel is right next to the Huaqing Pool, and guests enjoy unlimited access to the Huaqing Palace Scenic Area for two during their stay. They also offer shuttle service within the hotel grounds, and the service is super excellent! If you prefer to take your time and not rush through your itinerary, staying here is perfect. You can easily soak in the hot springs, hike Mount Li, visit Huaqing Palace, and watch 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow.' Highly recommended!

Walking through your property feels like stepping into a magnificent Tang Dynasty painting that has been passed down through a thousand years – truly, 'every step is a beautiful scene, every corner is a wonder'! Each pavilion, every bridge and flowing stream is breathtakingly beautiful, leaving us spellbound and enchanted. The joy and pleasure we feel within are simply beyond words. Your hotel's exceptional service, transcending perfection, combined with these exquisite imperial gardens, has utterly captivated us and made our dream of experiencing Chinese culture come true! As a professional tea ceremony artist in Russia dedicated to spreading oriental tea culture, seeing the exquisitely prepared tea set in the room immediately filled my heart with warmth. While I typically use traditional wooden tea trays, I was genuinely amazed to find that your room was equipped with a remarkably beautiful and incredibly rare metal (iron) miniature tea tray! I have never seen such an ingeniously crafted material in Russia. This metal tea tray is perfect for brewing tea; there's no need to worry about it cracking or deforming from prolonged tea soaking, as wooden trays often do. The user experience is incredibly comfortable and elegant. Moreover, its size is designed with exceptional precision, perfectly accommodating two precious pairs of tea cups (including tasting cups and aroma-sniffing cups). To be able to personally brew a pot of fragrant tea with such a sophisticated tea set, which combines modern practicality with classical grandeur, after a tiring journey, truly touched the soul of an international tea connoisseur with your utmost respect for the details of tea ceremony and your impeccable taste. What moved our entire family even more deeply and will remain unforgettable are the unparalleled human touches and care you all provided in every small detail: 1. What truly astonished and delighted us was that your hotel meticulously selected and reserved prime, central VIP seats for us to watch 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' live Tang Dynasty dance drama! Our seats were perfectly aligned with the central axis of the stage, offering a grand and unobstructed view. Tonight, we were able to fully appreciate the awe and romance of this magnificent spectacle from the most perfect and esteemed vantage point. Our hearts were stirred for a long time afterward; it was an unparalleled artistic enjoyment! 2. Upon hearing that my son's sunglasses were accidentally damaged, your team not only showed no hesitation but proactively and incredibly patiently helped him repair them with glue. The summer sun in Xi'an is scorching, and my son is extremely sensitive to light. What you repaired with your own hands was not just a pair of glasses, but you saved his most beautiful, clear memories of this ancient city! 3. Whether it was my request for ice or any other small request, all the staff members responded perfectly every single time with the quickest speed and the most gentle, respectful smiles. 4. When we returned to our room, a little tired after a fulfilling day of intangible cultural heritage experiences, we were greeted by a steaming hot, incredibly delicious bowl of white mushroom imperial porridge. At that moment, a warmth transcending borders struck our hearts, and the fatigue of the journey instantly vanished, replaced by a heart full of warmth. Today, we had the privilege of experiencing two flowing and profoundly rich intangible cultural heritage master classes, truly fulfilling my son's and my dream of experiencing Tang Dynasty culture. Great location with free access to the scenic area, and very convenient for shows. The hotel can even arrange discounted show tickets. The complimentary travel photoshoot offered by the hotel was fantastic, especially with the antique-style surroundings! The private hot spring in the room left me feeling smooth and comfortable after soaking!! Definitely worth another visit!

Title: This hotel stay was incredible value for money, let me share some details so you can get a feel for it. I booked this hotel simply for the convenience of seeing 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' but I never expected such a wonderful experience. First, the location is unbeatable – right inside the scenic area. Staying here grants you free admission. Following the front desk's advice, I went for a stroll around 7 AM. The entire park was almost empty, and the morning light on Mount Li was stunning. By the time we returned for breakfast, tour groups were already lining up at the entrance. In that moment, I felt incredibly clever. The service was also exceptionally thoughtful. In the evening, as we headed out for the show, I was worried about rain, but the staff had already prepared raincoats for us and even escorted us all the way to the performance venue, so we didn't have to navigate on our own. Whenever we had a question, their response was always, "No problem, we'll take care of it," which was incredibly reassuring. The room was clean and comfortable. They provided pear soup and fruit; the warm pear soup was soothing for the throat and very relaxing to drink. Breakfast was incredibly lavish. I initially intended to eat light, but I couldn't resist grabbing several plates. In summary: it was stress-free, comfortable, and we were very well looked after. If you're coming to Huaqing Palace for a show or sightseeing, staying here is definitely something you won't regret. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Beyond amazing, truly exceeded all expectations! I was initially hesitant about the price and considered other hot spring hotels nearby, but after visiting, I realized it's in a league of its own. It's like staying in a palace. You absolutely *must* try the public hot springs; don't let the 'public' aspect deter you – it's pure heaven on earth.

Extremely satisfied! This is the best place to stay for a relaxing two-day trip to the Terracotta Army, Huaqing Palace, and Mount Li, especially if you're traveling with family. The service was thoughtful; they even proactively added extra clothes hangers to the room. We had unlimited access to the Huaqing Palace scenic area. We enjoyed a private hot spring experience in the morning, avoiding the crowds, and then visited the Terracotta Army in the afternoon, also during an off-peak time. There's even a dedicated queuing area for the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance.
