The location is great, right next to the South Gate of the city wall, a few steps away from the metro station. The best shopping centers around, if you’re into that. Minutes away from the very heart of the city.
The rooms are clean and cozy. Really no complaints there. Also the stuff is very helpful and understanding. No problem with the late checkout, whatsoever.

Such an amazing hotel. The location is fantastic- right next to the sites. Actually I’m so happy with the service, I wish I could give them a 10 Star! The check in process was simple and the front house staff that serviced us was totally great and professional. This will be my preferred location in Xian. With love from The British Family traveling in Xian

Hotel location is superb! Neat to subway station, shopping mall, food & one of the ancient city Wall Gate.
Though hotel stated operational since 2022, but room looked aged.
Door cannot be latched from inside hence safety is a concern. Need to bring valuables when we leave room.
Service of staff is good, rather responsive.

The apartment was clean and the staff were friendly. Location is also excellent. The sole improvement needed is that it was difficult to find because there was no signs outside the building.
