房間乾淨衞生，早餐豐富，馬路邊有公共車位，但酒店靠內側房間室外噪音太大，可能是廚房排風和空調噪音，影響休息。

為孩子考試訂的酒店，孩子就住一晚，交的按金被酒店告知要扣30元，原因為因服務員失誤未檢查到酒店掉到縫隙的酒店付費用品，説孩子用了所以要扣按金。經溝通核實，服務員又找到了掉落的該付費用品，並將按金退回了我們。希望酒店以後提升服務細節，不要因貴方紕漏問題而無端將責任推至客人身上，影響客人感受。另:酒店其他硬件方面還可以。

第一次住這個酒店的時候，因為買了電池款掏耳勺所以扣了遙控器的一個電池用，走的時候忘記裝回去了，按金100給扣了15，想了想算了，但是你的電池值15嗎？
第二次，也就是昨天住 什麼也沒幹就休息睡個覺 又扣15塊錢，要點臉可以嗎 天天就靠亂扣按金掙錢了？

設施就是房間沒有電話，中間有點小插曲，前台姑娘給了及時解決，還有餐廳，早餐也好吃，孩子很愛吃他家早餐！前台還是樓層阿姨都不錯，還給及時冷凍自己帶的生鮮！任何問題及時迴應解決！以後回老家會繼續選擇這家酒店，帶孩子住還是很方便，早餐營養健康有我愛吃的粥，午餐在一樓點餐下樓用餐也便捷！衞生……有待提高一下，有牀頭櫃有毛毛，卷卷的毛毛，實話確實有點膈應人了！總的來説不錯的！
