1.衞生間廁所壞了，住的第一天晚就給店家説了，店家説明天維修，第二天中午回到酒店發現還是壞的，給店家説店家説等你們走了維修，晚上八九點回來還是壞的，再次説明後店家終於找了個人來維修，修了半天説修不好，也就是説我住了兩天衞生間的燈都是壞的 2.住的房間有個窗户，一天二十四小時亮燈也沒有窗簾，晚上根本睡不着。 3.耳機在房間的床頭櫃上放，走的時候忘記帶了，聯繫店家，店家説沒有，但是我確定就在右邊的床頭櫃上放，不知道為啥就沒有了。 總結，非常不推薦去住，給想住這的避個雷。

衞生：還可以 離鼓浪嶼碼頭不遠，離美食街也不遠，離步行街不遠，一樓可以免費臨時存放行李。最好的地方是樓頂有一陽台，適合晾衣服！總體而言還算滿意吧！

非常感謝店老闆免費升級房間，服務態度熱情周到，下次有機會帶家人來，祝老闆生意興隆！

性價比很高，就在中山步行街裏面。

酒店宣傳圖片跟實物不符，説是酒店其實就是個賓館，空間很小，除了床就是浴室，走兩步就到門口，被子很薄，床還硬，枕頭套還黃黃的臟臟的，一進去房間就是一股異味，很壓抑很窒息，床頭上面還有個小窗户對着樓道，很不安全..房子空氣不流通，馬桶下水很慢有堵塞的風險，根本沒辦法廁所！我朋友傍晚在酒店睡了一小會，就全身癢，擔心睡出皮膚病，晚上半夜直接通宵包車回家，根本沒辦法住，衞生太差了，寧願多加幾百住漢庭如家都別住這種小賓館，隔音還特別差！！早知道訂酒店前就應該看看評論！！血的教訓。
