Excellent! The room was very clean, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The front desk staff were super welcoming and provided attentive service. Facilities: Very new and comfortable. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Great atmosphere. Service: Thoughtful and attentive.

The room features a fully smart Xiao Du assistant, and the environment is elegant, offering coffee and afternoon tea. The staff are warm and attentive. The robot delivery service for meals and tissues was a nice touch. Overall, everything was excellent, a perfect score!

Facilities: The facilities are quite complete. My deluxe king room didn't have a window to the outside, which was fine, but the fact that there was no phone signal in the room (couldn't make calls) was unacceptable. After speaking with the front desk, they moved me to a different room. Cleanliness: The hotel's cleanliness was very thorough and quite good. I stayed for two nights, and the cleaning staff tidied up and changed the towels on the second day. Service: The hotel's underground parking isn't complimentary; it's 10 yuan per hour, with a daily cap of 60 yuan. This was a bit of a downside. Breakfast: Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options. On the bright side, the hotel's location is excellent, very convenient for Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, which made me feel a bit better about the stay.

The location is convenient, right above Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. It seems to be a hotel converted from the 4th floor of an old mall. The newly renovated hallways and rooms have a slight odor. The service is excellent, and the hotel breakfast is decent, simple yet very clean. One complaint: the air conditioning in the room, even after asking the 'Xiao Du' smart assistant to set it to cooling mode with maximum fan speed, still felt hot and stuffy, especially considering the recent cooler weather. Also, the lighting on the 2nd floor leading to the laundry room is really dim.

Excellent hotel! The front desk staff were incredibly patient and explained everything thoroughly. The breakfast was also very generous. For this price, staying so close to Zhongshan Road is absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!
