Excellent holiday apartment stay. The owner obviously takes pride in keeping everything clean and welcoming to guests. Comfortable bed, nice sofa, hot shower and good-sized room with a decent view. No hairs on the floor, no cigarette scent, no noisy guests in the corridor. Everything was perfect. If i come back to Xiamen i will definitely stay here again 🙂
Foreign guests are welcome and check-in is easy. The apartments are located in a residential community. When you go through the gate, turn left to 'B2' building and it's on the 18th floor. If you're getting a taxi it might be better just to go to Wanda （万达广场）and then walk to the 小区 (residential community). It's very close by

It is easy to find in the community on the right hand side after exiting Wanda Gate 6. Clean, comfortable and quiet room with refrigerator and washing machine. The attitude of the board lady and the cleaning lady are very good, and they are of high quality! Xiamen is indeed a good place with a high degree of civilization. It is not far from the airport and Wutong Wharf, and the transportation is convenient.

The location is excellent, opposite to Wanda Intime, not far from Wuyuanwan Wetland Park and Wuyuanwan Sailing Harbor, it is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun.
The proprietress is very nice, the house is clean and tidy, the room is big, the big windows are transparent, I forgot to take a video, in short, the price/performance ratio is really good, it is worth recommending.
The bed is harder and more comfortable, so if you are older, you can choose another home, and it is more suitable for friends with bad backs who need to sleep on a hard bed.
