The hotel is only a 5-minute drive from Terminal 3, or a 10-15 minute walk. They also offer a shuttle service, which is very convenient. When checking in, I asked the front desk if there was any airplane noise, and they said none at all. However, as soon as I entered the room, I could clearly hear planes. On top of that, the room door wasn't soundproof, and there were people playing and being noisy in the hallway, so I didn't sleep well. The room itself was clean, a bit basic, but offered excellent value for money.

The room was comfortable, and the service attitude was excellent. The airport transfer service was great, and the staff were friendly to guests. The hotel's cleanliness created a high-quality environment for guests to truly enjoy.

The hotel's location is very close to the airport, and they offer free airport shuttle service, which is convenient for catching flights. My 6:55 AM flight meant the 5:40 AM bus was just right. And surprisingly, even though it's at the airport, there was almost no airplane noise at night when sleeping.

The location is great, very close to Jimei University Town and the airport. The room rate was affordable during the holiday, offering good value for money. It's also convenient for getting around, only about ten minutes to Terminal 4 of the airport.

Had a wonderful stay at eLong Anyun Hotel. The hotel is very close to the Chaozhou Ancient Town, making it super convenient to get around. There are plenty of *******, Hello, and Didi e-bikes parked right outside the entrance, and riding one of these little electric scooters around the ancient town was an absolute breeze. The hotel as a whole is exceptionally clean, and the service is top-notch. Whenever we headed out early in the morning, every staff member we encountered proactively greeted us, which felt really warm and welcoming. Cuisine options abound in the surrounding area. We tried rice noodle rolls (guotiao) and Chaoshan beef hotpot, and even had some olive juice (yougan juice)—all authentic and delicious. The front desk also prepared thoughtful little items like candies, cotton swabs, and earplugs. Great attention to detail. All in all, if you are visiting the Chaozhou Ancient Town, this hotel is a great choice.

Extremely satisfied! The room was clean and spacious, with complete amenities and 24/7 hot water. The front desk service was excellent, the souvenir gift was delicious, and the breakfast had a rich variety. The free airport shuttle was very convenient.

Overall, a very good hotel. As soon as I arrived at the airport, I called the front desk, and a driver immediately came to pick us up and take us to the hotel, which was incredibly thoughtful. The front desk lady even gave a souvenir to the child. The hotel is also very close to the airport, and the price is very reasonable. It's a quick taxi ride to the plane spotting location.

The hotel service was excellent. My dad had a bit of low blood sugar when we arrived, and the front desk lady was very thoughtful, offering him candy and drinks. Our flight was at 5 PM, and they kindly extended our check-out time. All in all, the service exceeded our expectations. It's also close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old, but it's not a big deal.
