Facilities: The room was very spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and a dressing room that was over 1 square meter. In terms of details, both the vanity mirror and the makeup mirror had lights, and there was also a full-length mirror in the dressing room. The shower space was a semi-circle with a radius of about 1 meter, offering plenty of room, strong water pressure, and stable water temperature. Service: The service was thoughtful and attentive. In the lobby, staff helped with luggage and opened the elevator. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and even provided a guide to Xiamen's local delicacies, which was a very nice touch. The room included complimentary welcome fruit, bottled water, and drinks. There were also many small items available for borrowing, such as a Type-C charging cable. Location: The room faced Gulangyu Island, and the views in both the morning and evening were absolutely stunning. Xiamen Metro Line 1 is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and bus stops are approximately 6 minutes away. It's also conveniently close to Heping Wharf and the ferry terminal, making transportation very easy. Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street is a 10-minute walk, and the Eight Market is 15 minutes away.

The hotel is conveniently located near Zhongshan Road, making it easy to get around. The staff are very welcoming and proactive; they called me a day in advance to confirm my check-in time and any special requests, arranging everything beforehand. My sea-view room directly faces Gulangyu Island, and I enjoyed a beautiful sunset in the evening. The view is fantastic.

Had a fantastic experience! The sea view room offered a stunning vista of Gulangyu Island right across. Breakfast was plentiful, and I really loved the scent of the hand soap in the hotel. Larisa provided excellent and enthusiastic service. Highly recommend staying here!

The rooms were all assigned on high floors with great views. Larissa helped me resolve a small issue after check-out and even gave recommendations for local eateries. The service was very friendly.

Let's start with the positives. The hotel's location is truly excellent, right across from Gulangyu Island and next to Zhongshan Road, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. The staff's service attitude was also fantastic; it's clear they've had very thorough training, which is commendable. On the downside, the facilities are indeed a bit old. It seems the hotel was converted from another building, as there are only two small elevators, and you can tell the facilities are quite dated. Also, I booked a 'Supreme Sea View Room,' but it turned out to be just an end unit on each floor, which felt a bit overpriced. Upon checking in, I found hair strands on the bathroom wall... I understand that the staff might be busy during the Chinese New Year, but room cleaning and floor inspections should still be meticulous, especially for an Indigo hotel, and a pricey one at that! 😂

An unexpectedly delightful trip! The hotel's location is superb, and the accommodations are very comfortable. A special thanks to our butler, Larissa Li, for her exceptional thoughtfulness! She contacted us in advance to confirm our room preferences, arranged a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room, and thoughtfully organized activities for our child during the Chinese New Year. She proactively checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. It was also my mother-in-law's birthday during our stay, and though I didn't want to trouble the hotel and didn't mention it, Larissa still noticed and surprised her with a cake. In just a few days, both our child and the elders had a wonderful time. This beautiful trip was truly unforgettable!
