I enter the hotel and am immediately told that the hotel is full., No rooms available.
I then opened up Trip.com on my phone and booked 8 nights. The next day I was leaving the hotel and with the aid of Google Translate asked the front desk man how recent must my Covid nucleic acid test APP result, must be? He responded: “48 hours”. I then asked where can I take the test? He responded: “What test”.
Later that day I returned to the hotel and alerted the manager that the phone number printed on the card was incorrect. He found this amusing and rewrote a different phone number on the business card. I then showed him that the hotel website did not work at all, he said nothing.

Room fridges do not work... and can not be replaced or fixed
Swimming pool is not open because of the holiday, although a holiday in summer is when people come to a hotel.
Breakfast food is limited and left out for flies and there is little to no service, eg coffee, fresh eggs.
Room is clean, tidy.

The temporary hotel room was okay in size but the facilities were very old. The carpet smelled bad and the sanitary conditions were not good. There were no drinking cups or tea making tools in the room. Disposable slippers had to be obtained from the front desk.
