The front desk service was excellent — the staff were very helpful, kind, and friendly. They really made our stay more pleasant and assisted us whenever we needed help. However, the facilities need improvement. There was some smoke smell, and water leakage from the ceiling, so we had to place a bucket in the room. Despite these issues, the overall experience was good mainly because of the outstanding service from the front desk team.

Location is great , near the Gaoji Airport but it has a pick up and drop off services which is great for international travelers with many luggages ..

I've stayed at countless hotels and purchased numerous items, yet I've never once felt the need to leave a negative review for anyone. This hotel, however, was simply dirty, and the room had terrible soundproofing. During our four-day stay, housekeeping never once cleaned our room. We even had to take our own trash out to the housekeeping cart ourselves, and the cleaner then stood outside grumbling and making incredibly rude comments about us, practically questioning why we were even there. I've genuinely never encountered such disrespectful behavior before.

This is a great hotel! It's clean, conveniently located, with plenty of restaurants right downstairs. The service was also excellent. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious, but it smelled of smoke and the air felt stuffy. The complimentary airport pickup was a nice touch.

It was very hard to find the place. Even when I found the building there is no information at which floor is the reception. The room and bedding smell like cigarette. I believe someone smoke inside. The staff were very very helpful.

I stayed for a day to go to Shanghai. He provided free pick-up and sanding to the airport, so it was really comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, so I slept very comfortably.Boss. I need to put a new bathroom curtain on the room I'm staying in (I don't remember what room it is, but it's the last room on the 5th floor corridor). I was a little disappointed about that🤭

The hotel provide a good airport pickup. Get them through WeChat for easier translation. Hotel was on renovation, so guess it was not up to what they posted on the website. A lot of cleaning work need to be done. Overall is a good for a quick stay…

Cleanliness was average. The facilities were also a problem; perhaps it was just my bad luck, but the door made a very loud, creaking noise. Getting up for the restroom in the middle of the night was genuinely terrifying – it sounded like something straight out of a horror movie! If you're easily spooked, consider yourself warned. Service attitude, in my opinion, was truly disappointing. Even by midday, no housekeeping staff came to inquire if I needed cleaning or toiletries replenished. This wasn't just a one-night stay; from beginning to end, absolutely no one asked about refreshing my toiletries. The one redeeming quality was the airport transfer service, and the driver was very friendly.
