事前APP上看酒店是“4星”的標註，雖然是4.1的點評分，以為是價格在這個偏僻的小縣城是最貴的酒店，入住率低，才導致評分低。但入住此酒店後，才深刻感受到評分低的原因：1、大堂裝修老舊，燈光昏暗，好似生意不佳在節電；2、電梯以及過道的地毯都是肉眼可見污漬（見圖片）；3、説是地熱，但是房間設定至26度，經過一整晚，才是24度，高原寒冷，令本人衹好穿上兩件浴袍蓋上被子才勉強度了一晚，早起還是感冒了，渾身痠痛；4、按照酒店書面指引打的8188總枱、8100房務電話，房間電話根本打不出，衹好百度酒店外線用手機才打通；5、深夜洗澡時才發現花灑已經陳舊堵塞，流出的水又散又細又軟！（見視頻）洗得無比難受。早上退房時向前台接待反映情況，反被責怪為什麼不及時電告酒店！6、早餐是極其敷衍應付，一衹手數得過來的幾樣齋菜，也沒有加熱、冷冰冰對着住客。泡菜幾乎沒有鹽味，稀飯好似米不夠，水來湊，又沒有像樣的主食果腹；7、向服務人員要瓶水被告知3元/瓶，8、辦入住的前台接待態度生硬，沒有服務意識，令人不適。以上種種，完全不值攜程沒有試睡員調查過的319元/晚的定價……

鄉城準四星級酒店，條件沒的説，就是房間偏小，酒店介紹又空調，結果是地暖，雖然高原地區空調是沒必要，不過你們的風扇也太小了吧，還沒孩子語文書大，風也小，被子太厚了，晚上被熱醒價幾次！衞生間的插座也是壞的，吹着吹風機，時斷時續的！早餐可圈可點，可選擇性不多！
