friendly and helpful staff - nice breakfast - room was clean - beautiful pool , unfortunately it was raining a lot - only the gym could be bigger . and unfortunately the bar was closed - would have been nice to enjoy a drink after busy family day .

朋友推薦入住這家嶄新的酒店，11月才開業！目前攜程有套餐，非常優惠！酒店臨海，風景不錯，尤其這兩天，風雨交加，氣温驟降，在有地暖的房間裏，喝茶喝咖啡聊天看球賽非常悠閑。酒店的服務也很不錯，餐廳、客房的服務生都很熱情，始終微笑着提供滿意的服務。特別感謝大堂韋經理，由於她的熱情介紹服務，是我有了再一次去度假的計劃！入住酒店兩晚，面朝大海，上午、下午及傍晚，海面有一個非常大的變化，非常驚喜，讓我有不一樣的視覺感受！非常美好！

新酒店，環境很好，服務也還行，就是衞生太差，餐廳蒼蠅很多,衞生打掃不不乾淨，浴袍沒有更換，上面還有長長的頭髮。

1，房間空間比較大。
2，但隔音真是不好，半夜隔壁房間的説話清清楚楚，走道上説話聲也清清楚楚。酒店靠近馬路，晚上馬路上車路過的聲有時也會飄進來。
3，團隊客人挺多，有時不夠安靜。
4，適合自駕遊，公共交通到酒店非常不方便。
5，周邊無餐廳和超市。

就在海邊，前台説可以趕海，還提供工具，因為傍晚還是太曬就沒去。房間很大，海景房間可以看見海灣，晴天的海是淺藍的。一樓有海鮮餐廳，價格很公道，自助早餐不算豐富。總體感覺離五星的標準還是差了點

酒店房間基礎設施很一般，屋內電熨斗都沒有。隔音很差，隔壁的水聲聽得一清二楚。
訂的是好望角海景房，根本看不到海，商家在房間名字上玩文字遊戲吶？海景完全被樹擋住了，也沒有提前告知，入住感受很不好，早餐沒有什麼東西吃。避雷8201這個房間，房間在最角落。

整體挺好的，有泳池、小童樂園，服務很好，風景很nice，晚餐味道也不錯，不過周邊沒啥東西，適合自駕出行，衞生扣一分是因為陽台沒打掃。
