精裝修2室2廳，房間裏設施齊全。廚房用具也齊備，除了食材和調料，其他都不用帶。離海邊很近，出小區走幾分鐘就到沙灘。停車方便，小區門口有免費停車場，地下車庫更方便，停一天也才6塊錢~管家服務很周全，有問必答，有問題也願意第一時間解決~

離海邊很近，海邊人不多，沙子不粗，屬於下沙海灘。管家到位，把周邊攻略都提前發給我們了，停車一天6元，挺方便的，地庫直接就上樓了。廁所沒有異味，這是我們最滿意的，床上用品也是新換的，乾乾淨淨。這價格相當滿意了！

看了其它評價，原本擔心衞生問題，實際房間還是蠻乾淨的，各種設施都齊備，通風和採光都好的，家庭出遊選擇蠻好的，超過預期。唯一不足的是廚房設備和洗衣機有些歷史，但不影響使用。樓下就是沙灘，陽台的風景好。

春節帶爸媽去象山玩，位置不錯出門就是海邊。停車方便。小區內登機民宿後6元一天不限次數。可以做飯。空調熱水都特別好。陽台可以看日出，十分推薦一家三口親子游，叫外賣也比較方便，房主也特別好。

老闆很熱心，有問必答，按照老闆説的去了爵溪市場買了海鮮和其他材料，做了一頓美味的海鮮，餐具杯具佈置簡約而精緻。房間很大，選的海景房，一個衞生間，三個獨立的卧室可以住三代人。陽台超級給力，絕美的視角。

停車方便，房間設施齊全，可以做飯，離海很近，已經是二次入住了，適合假期家庭休閑旅遊居住，就和住自己家一樣

床墊很薄是硬板床，花灑水很小，空調很舊都是灰，外機有點吵，椅子上都是灰，被子床單也感覺不乾淨，房間裏燈看起來有些年頭了
