我之前已提前預訂客房，明確告知白天需要面試需使用全天，而且按全天房費付款。今天到店後，卻被告知客房已滿、未予保留。該酒店顯然是既想佔用我已付費的日間房資源牟利，又不願放棄夜間續住的收益，完全無視預訂約定，毫無契約精神可言。
而且明知道有約定而且給其他客人辦理入住的情況下，沒有任何短訊，電話通知，一早上去卻沒有任何解釋！衹是在哪兒搪塞説衹能下午1點後才能辦理，我衹能臨時去找酒店還要再麻煩老師監測設備環境，這是完全漠視消費者的權益。永遠避雷這家酒店。

房間很不錯，空間大，讓人感到放鬆。房內乾淨整潔，空調和床都很舒適，讓人睡得很踏實。而且有比較少見的聲控智能管家，這點很加分~另外，書桌桌面也很大，放東西很方便。唯一的缺點是房間光線略暗，枱燈的亮度也不太亮，建議枱燈燈泡可以更換成更亮一點的，方便需要看書寫字的住客。
酒店在小吃街附近，但是房間卻很安靜，晚上要出去吃東西和點外賣都很方便，有種鬧市中的幽居的感覺~

電梯方便，自助洗衣烘衣使用體驗也不錯，前台客服服務態度好，每天都有及時打掃，外賣配送也是很方便的，牙刷等洗漱用品也有每天更換，中央空調暖氣還是比較足的，有四個枕頭

大家千萬不要訂這家酒店😡，趕緊避雷😡 我是送孩子 住了一晚上本酒店的套房，睡到半夜身上癢，第二天起床回到家才發現身上長了很多這種小紅點，嚴重的衞生不達標，肯定是酒店床單被罩都沒消毒，嚇**了！五星差評😡😡
