這是我們一家人住過的最温馨，最有人情味的民宿，民宿自帶小花園，不但風景美麗，而且屋裡屋外都很乾凈，設備也很齊全，冰箱洗衣機廚房一應俱全，老闆的服務很貼心，需要什麼給老闆説一聲很快就買來了，室外有各種晾衣晾被的鐵架，特別適合家人或情侶出行住宿，非常有家的感覺！必須五分好評！下次去湘大還住她家！

住進湘潭漫點民宿的民國風情房，像一腳踩進老電影。墨綠窗欞、復古花磚、銅質枱燈，連門把手都在低聲講舊時光的故事。房東姐姐極暖，提前告知入住需知，聊起天來像隔壁鄰居。房間一塵不染，床單飄散淡淡陽光味，洗手間非常乾淨，連角落都聞不到潮味。小院裏花開得很好，魚池裡幾尾紅鯉，光影碎成詩。

這個店是湘大周圍最貴，我以為服務各方面能好點，結果路難找道難走上來給我手磕腫了不説，沒有任何服務人員，到店以後隨便進入，沒有任何安全可言，安全保障約等於零，我受傷想盡快進房間洗洗，一個服務人員沒有。還要加微信給密碼。進房間後房間不小，但裝修酒店配置都很差。洗手間地很滑，搞了個破浴缸必須在浴缸裏面洗澡不泡浴的話既不衞生又不安全，再重複一遍，地很滑地很滑，配上他們的一次性拖鞋比滑冰場都滑。晚上我老婆洗澡滑倒磕到了頭。還有他們身份證要求從微信裏發，太不安全，我沒發也就這樣了。空調製冷很慢，一個小時後才開始有涼意。總之很崩潰的一次住店經歷。後期有時間會繼續給攜程和公安，酒管部門投訴。

週末入住了漫點洋房的法式浪漫兩居室，非常滿意！房間寬敞明亮，法式風格優雅舒適。私享浴缸泡澡超放鬆，高清投影看電影效果棒極了，愛打麻將的朋友房間裏面也有麻將機！位置靠近湘大也很便利。整體乾淨整潔。是湘大附近住宿的較好選擇，下次有機會。還會再來。

住了三天，打掃衞生很及時，配套該有的也都有，地方安靜好找。
老闆人非常温和，還會告訴你周邊的景點和路線。
