我新開的酒店是原來收購了一個改改裝的老闆，一看就是個土豪這樣的，嗯，言下之意就是裝修還是偷了本錢，但是在一些細節問題上可能確實缺乏經驗。服務員的整體素質是OK的，客房的打掃人員，經紀人員也很樸實。看得出來，管理團隊也下足了功夫，想把酒店做好。但是可能還要有個過程。期待他們做的越來越好。
