Vienna International Hotel (Xiangyang Minfa Square Fanyue Center Branch)

Vienna International Hotel (Xiangyang Walmart Fanyue Center branch) has an absolutely unbeatable location! It's right above Fanyue Center, super close to Walmart and Wushang Mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Plus, Feng Hua Road Food Street is just next door. The room facilities are very new, with expansive city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm, courteous, and handled check-in efficiently. It's a perfect choice whether you're visiting Xiangyang for tourism or a short business trip. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!

First off, Vienna Hotel is a chain, so the infrastructure, environment, and service are all up to standard. The breakfast is quite varied, the restaurant is large, and they even have beef offal noodles. Secondly, the hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by large shopping malls, making it very convenient for getting around. However, the underground parking lot is a bit confusing, and it's easy to lose track of where the elevator is. The washing machines in the self-service laundry room weren't working properly. Other than that, everything else was very satisfactory.

The room was quite spacious, but the soundproofing wasn't great. The noise from the shower next door was really loud. The hotel also has conference rooms, and unfortunately, there are guest rooms on the same floor. If there's a morning meeting, and your room happens to be next to the conference room, you can imagine how disruptive that can be, with meetings starting bright and early.

The hotel overall exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, bright, and spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The soundproofing was also excellent. The front desk staff, particularly a lovely lady, was efficient and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist. The surrounding area offers convenient access to food, drinks, and shopping. This hotel definitely offers great value for money; I felt secure and very comfortable during my stay.

The hotel has convenient parking, quick check-in, excellent service from Xiao Li, and a comfortable room. Most importantly, the price is reasonable, the environment is nice, and the room is very clean. It's my top choice for a stay here. The bathroom even has a separate wet and dry area, which I found very satisfactory.

Xiao Liu provided excellent service, greeting guests proactively. The hotel facilities were complete, the lobby was spacious, check-in was quick, the rooms were clean and tidy, the beds were large, the bathrooms were clean, and the showers were comfortable. The room was quite spacious, and the hotel breakfast was plentiful. Although it seemed a bit out of the way, there was a food street just 500 meters away. However, prices were quite high due to the approaching Chinese New Year holiday. Parking was readily available in the underground parking lot.
