設施：新酒店，臨街酒店交通方便，內有停車場。臨街窗户密封不好，夜間機動車多，噪音較大。 衞生：酒店衞生達標 環境：市區核心區域，老城區 服務：入住當天晩上 前台態度不好，入住前到達酒店門口，打電話諮詢怎麼停車，前台接電話有些不耐煩，辦理入住時，向前台説：父母睡眠不好，希望不要安排臨街，害怕機動車噪音，前台還是不耐煩，説衹有臨街一側的房間。語言生硬，將各方面都好的酒店形象毀了，希望酒店經營方，認真對待。

房間衞生環境不錯，但是前台不説給升房吧，主動給降房是什麼意思。買的舒適大床房給的是高級大床房，我衹拍了高級大床房的照片。酒店前台後掛的價格這倆差了40塊。在我發現去找前台後，前台還推脱衹是窗户位置不一樣，我拿着酒店訂單頁的兩間房的對比圖給前台講了半天，才給我了一個“換我原本就定的房”的解決方案。早餐品類中規中矩，下面的阿姨動作慢慢悠悠，麪也不是很好吃。

酒店位置好，服務不錯，周邊整體的環境都很不錯的，周邊遊玩很方便，到處都是吃吃喝喝的地方，襄陽這幾天有點冷，不過酒店空調效果也挺好的，一聲小度全屋智能控制，還是很給力的。牀頭櫃帶有無線充，相當便利。這邊玩也近很方便，暖氣很足很舒服，整體來説挺不錯值得推薦。
