Treat all customers with empty plates for breakfast, and give reasons for you to wait. The husband took insulin because it was a patient with high blood sugar. He almost had an accident because he didn't eat breakfast, and the hotel didn't even explain it afterwards. This kind of hotel service must be severely punished, and I hope that Ctrip will also increase its supervision.
