整個酒店稀爛的服務意識！！！2023年最後一天給了我今年一年住過的所有酒店最差的服務體驗！！！以後看着城市便捷這個酒店品牌我都划走！！！我這種平常算是好脾氣都不怎麼評價的客户愣是讓我發飆打客服電話投訴了5分鐘！！！要不是麗楓酒店沒房了我也不會換到這個酒店！！！
具體事例：
1.入住的當天晚上10點給我打電話，那時候我還在武漢一家帶着孩子還沒回咸寧，前台用一種例行公事冷冰冰的語氣給我打電話“通知”我：我晚上不來住房費是不退的（住了這麼多以前從來沒遇到過）。
2.好不容易凌晨回咸寧入住酒店後，房間的床單一掀開上面有幾個那種之前一看就知道洗不掉的小黑點，想了想也就是兩三百塊錢的酒店，也就忍了。
3，最奇葩的，讓我爆發的就是：11點半前台就打電話來催房，本來入住就晚，凌晨一、兩點才睡，11點本來也收拾的差不多了，最後給娃收拾一下，沒接電話，然後客房服務員就上門來催了，也是以一種近乎機器人的例行公式的冷冰冰的語氣“通知”我們：你們要退房了，超時要收費！***就徹底火大了，一年到頭住那麼多酒店，頭一次見這種服務態度的！
我也不是説我花了200多塊錢非要享受什麼多尊貴的服務，作為一個連鎖酒店品牌，難道員工培訓連對客人一點最基礎的禮貌服務意識都沒有！！！説個“您”字很難嗎？提醒客户禮貌性提示很難嗎？
本人不喜歡拍照，也不上傳什麼所謂的“有圖有真相”，把入住最真實的體驗寫出來吐槽，以此告誡。

有一説一，這是我在湖北住的十幾次酒店裡最舒心的一次了，很敞亮的大堂，比較顯檔次，而價格又很親民，設施設備都非常齊全，早餐的種類也是相當豐盛，每天都來吃！不論是餐廳的兩個大姐還是每天打掃衞生的大姐，還有前台的小姐姐們，都非常非常熱情，離開了湖北也會懷念！在別的城市也會繼續選擇這個品牌！

【差到令人髮指的衞生！】住過最噁心的酒店沒有之一！床單黃漬斑駁像抹布，浴巾上沾着可疑毛髮，被套還有濃重黴餿味！所謂的"清洗消毒"是拿客人當**糊弄嗎？連最基礎的布草清潔都做不好，還敢掛X會招牌收X百房價？這根本不是酒店是細菌培養皿！皮糙肉厚也經不住這種鹼性，勸退所有對衞生有要求的正常人！
