The lady in the restaurant is also very nice. The hotel hardware is in place, but the service at the front desk is much worse, so the experience is poor.

The service of this hotel is very poor. The school behind is very noisy in the morning, and there is a construction site opposite the main entrance, which is also very noisy at night. They also asked us not to book a room on Ctrip, saying that it would be the same price to renew the room directly here. In the end, we did not book on Ctrip. This morning, we had not yet gotten up, and they told us that there were no rooms. We had not yet checked out, so how could there be no rooms! . What kind of hotel is this? This is the first time I have encountered such a thing. Moreover, this hotel will immediately increase the price as long as you book more rooms. And the bathroom is very small, as is the toilet. The sanitary conditions are very poor. There is a smell when you enter the room. After I changed to another room, there was still a big smell. The only reason I live here is that the Xiantao Municipal Government is just opposite and it is convenient for me to go there. Just to say that I will definitely not choose this place. Xiantao All Seasons Hotel and Orange Hotel are much more comfortable than this. The most important service is that there is a piece of fruit every night when you come back to the big bed room. If you don’t ask him, he will not send it to you, and he doesn’t know how many rooms we have, so some are sent and some are not. I asked the front desk why my friend didn't get any fruit, and he said they had finished. I asked her why I had it every day, it's impossible that it would be gone if it was delivered to his room every day, and he said he would send one up right away. In fact, the fruit was also very bad, and no one ate it, but this behavior really made me feel cheated. The facilities were very average, especially the elevator, which was not very sensitive and had a strong smell, a musty smell. I guess there was water or dead rats in the elevator shaft and no one cleaned it up🧹 (I am a professional engineer and have a habit)

The hotel is located in the vicinity of Xiantao. There is a Wuyue Plaza nearby, which is considered a consumption place. There are few people at night and it is relatively quiet, which is suitable for business travelers. The breakfast variety is quite rich, but when I went there, the road at the door was under construction, which made it a bit inconvenient to travel. Maybe it will be better in the future.

To be honest, I didn't have high expectations because it was a country hotel, but it was a clean, new hotel that would cost about 2,000 RMB per night in Shanghai. Surprisingly, there is a shopping mall next door.
