The hotel experience during this stay was simply fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt a homely atmosphere. Ms薛and Ms常at the front desk were warm and friendly, and the check-in process was fast and efficient. Ms杨 helped me with my luggage. The room is spacious and bright, exquisitely decorated, and the bed is comfortable and soft, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The room cleaning work is also done very well, spotless. 酒店在地鐵口，出來就到。房間乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到。孩子要玩海泉灣，為了盡興就定了酒店。本來要定海泉灣温泉酒店，但是房滿了就定了這家。結果超預期，酒店與温泉樂園相鄰，酒店內部有通道可以刷臉直接過去，玩耍非常方便，孩子玩累了就回房間睡覺，睡好了再接着玩。不喜歡温泉餐廳可以訂外賣，很方便。

帶孩子出來玩剛好是孩子的生日，入住時前台工作人員給孩子説了生日快樂還給送了個毛絨玩具，孩子很高興！客房姐姐也送來了生日快樂的卡片和小零食，餐廳這邊還給我們送了生日果盤，看的出來這家酒店服務工作做得很用心很細緻。還有酒店交通方便，停車場很大。環境不錯，設施齊全。值得推薦的一家酒店！
