酒店房間很大，設施也還較新，5.1期間價格也比較合理。自助早餐豐富，味道也不錯。工作人員服務很到位，特別要點名前台的劉曼，服務態度很好。

攜程預訂時衹剩主題和套房了，花費了558的價格入住了1828號主題房。進入房間後發現躺椅和床上有大片污漬要求打掃乾淨，服務人員來了之後先説躺椅的污漬是84消毒液，我問她 84凝固了指甲扒一下會有粉未嗎？（圖2放大看的很清楚並不是84）後又表示説讓我搭一塊浴巾遮住躺椅的不明污漬將就將就，並説因為是親子房之前有小朋友入住過所以有污漬很正常。這個解釋讓我開了眼這是衞生不達標的荒唐理由嗎？我拒絕將就並提出了換一間同等價值乾淨的房間，換到了20樓一進來看見了頭髮... 並且服務員將房間內有關主題擺設全收進了衣櫃，我再次詢問服務員訂的是主題房主題擺設呢？服務員稱不明白我要求換房是什麼意思就把娃娃全藏進衣櫃了，我打開衣櫃發現這些本該擺放在床上的娃娃全都有不同程度的污漬。 PS:主題房是在普通大床房的基礎上增加了一些幼兒用品，價格卻增加了200多。我的訴求是換同等價值的房間酒店方拿掉了房間內的幼兒擺放物品卻收取我主題房的價格？？？而且乾淨衞生不是酒店必備的條件嗎？？？
