Mushan Yingxue Holiday Bieyuan (Siguniangshan Changpinggou Scenic Area)

The hotel's location is super convenient, the room was clean and odor-free, and the service was attentive and responsive. It offers excellent value for money and I'd definitely recommend it to friends!

The hotel's location is great, with beautiful autumn foliage right outside the window. The guy named Tenan and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However, due to the underfloor heating being too high, coupled with altitude sickness, and the hotel not providing oxygen equipment, I barely slept a wink. I had planned to hike in Changpinggou, but since I didn't get any rest, I had to change my plans to just taking a bus tour in Shuangqiaogou. The breakfast was also very basic... Overall, there's a lot of room for improvement at this hotel. Keep it up!

The service was great! The young bellboy enthusiastically helped me with my luggage, and the young lady at the front desk was also very enthusiastic, helping me with recommendations for nearby scenic spots and local food. However, the room facilities could use some improvement.

I came for a competition, and the hotel's proximity to the main venue was very convenient. I booked a 270-degree view room; although it's surrounded by buildings, the distant mountain view is quite nice. The hotel was under renovation during the day, and being street-side, some noise was unavoidable, but that's to be expected for the convenience. The staff were all super helpful and accommodating! They even helped carry my luggage upstairs after check-in on the first day. However, there's no elevator, and climbing stairs at high altitude for the first time really left me breathless 😭. It happened to snow during my stay, and while the air conditioning and underfloor heating at night were quite effective, I still felt a draft coming in. I hope the hotel considers improving this. Overall, I'm still very satisfied!

The hotel is located on the liveliest street in Siguniangshan Town, with many local attractions and convenient access to everything. The front desk staff was very polite and even helped us with our luggage. The room was clean and tidy.
