設施：説實在的，酒店看起來很高端，各種實木傢俱，裝修請了別人設計的
衞生：一般，酒店的燒開水的壺很臟，洗了很多次還是很臟，飄浮一層東西，定了兩間房子，一個沒有梳子，水龍頭壞的，一個沒有衣架，半夜很晚了，也沒找老闆解決
服務：不好，晚上十點到的酒店，老闆還好，主動指導我們倒車，但是不滿意的有3點
1.前台説需要收費200定金，我問，為什麼收費，別的酒店不需要，她甩來，我們酒店需要，可以，我們付了，當然退房老闆主動還了
2.早點是衹有一個小時，時間太緊，小朋友起不來，我們詢問，是否可以帶一點稀飯給孩子，他沒起來，服務員不肯，態度不好
3.前台提醒，衹有4樓兩間連在一起的房間，但是我們住進去，有一個房間401的洗手池全是牙膏，而且沒有梳子
總的來説，這次川西之旅，住的最差的一次酒店，雖然酒店看起來很好，晚上睡覺是還好，但是這些設施，還有沒有及時打掃導致衞生問題和東西沒跟上，證明管理不到位，差評！

我幾乎不寫評論，住過好的就收藏！但馬塘記憶我必須要寫，我想寫！非常好的民宿！品質、品味阿壩州應該沒有之一了！正如老闆一家人，誠摯善良，底藴深厚！原本打算跟老媽多住幾天，長者家因身體不適衹住了一晚，被迫中止行程連夜返回！萬分感謝老闆的關心！老媽説以後一定再去小金，就住馬塘記憶！房間跟圖片上一樣絕對真實！

推薦這家民宿，設施設備齊全，有免費停車場，有電梯，房間乾淨衞生寬敞，公共區活動空間大，整個是中式裝修風格和地方特色融合，大氣典雅。雖然衹是吃個簡單的早餐，從一個小細節，發現了他們特別講究衞生和食品安全。好評。

很滿意，從服務到裝修上都很用心，民宿全紅木裝修，在小金衹有一家，有自己的停車場，早餐需簡單，但都是現做的，能吃好。來和走的時候老闆都熱情介紹了他養魚經驗和裝修的一些序意，今後在到小金一定再次入住。

小金縣城裡，建的相當講究，台灣設計師設計的，前台大算盤裝飾，珠子還可以活動，很有意思，各種風水設計有創意還有寓意，全實木傢俱，設施齊全，還有好用的蓋碗，配的綠茶品質相當不錯，住着舒適愜意，還有電梯車庫直達各樓層，整體感受很好，值得推薦

整體感覺還行，可能是地勢原因，汽車要進酒店，那個將近60°的坡度啊，沒有馬力跟技術真的是開不上去，差點掉下來，那個尷尬。民宿裝修是紅木傢俱，偏年代化，適合有40以上年齡羣。另外酒店寫的包含早餐，問了老闆，小孩子是免費的，加錢其實也沒事，好像也不貴15塊錢。廚房就是一個阿姨，應該也是住的人不多的關係，應該是每個人一份，但是要跟阿姨説，她才會端出來。反正我們兩間房間送了三份，一份應該是一個蛋，一碗粥，一個小餅，一小碟榨菜。反正後麪説了幾次。阿姨可能忙不過來，都不大理睬你，急着趕路，不想説了，出去外面另外買了兩份路上吃了，這個吐槽一下。10分給個6.5分。

第一次到裏小路，順時針方向跑，沒有經驗，因為貪玩而忘記提前定酒店了，差不多凌晨3點到了小金縣，帶着兩個娃，流落街頭一兩個小時，為了娃娃，還是挨着給酒店打電話，基本上都不接或者接通了沒有房間，甚至給文旅局電話都沒人接聽，當馬大哥家電話接通後，説明瞭情況，二話不説讓我們趕緊過去，給我們提供大廳的值班床讓孩子先歇息，等到早上有人退房後讓我們及時入住，真的太感謝了！
酒店是馬大哥自建自裝的，房間環境優雅，很有格調，馬大哥馬大嫂人美心善，服務周到，在流落街頭一度認為以後都不會再到這裏來了，到了馬大哥家酒店後，覺得以後肯定還會過來玩的。祝馬大哥家生意長紅！
