Bus from chengdu drop us in front of hotel. Hotel very close the entrance of Changping route and Haizi Valley . All Staff very nice and helpful . Staff can booking Bus to Chendu and also Driver pick up at hotel . Convenience in every thing

The best place to stay around the area! I could say this is one of the best hotel to stay in China. The staffs are all amazing and super super friendly. Apart from it, they're very accomodating. The check in process was also very convenient for foreigners. It's not a 5 stars hotel, but the service did feel like one! The room was big and comfortable. The heating on the floor was great because it can also heat the room as well, and the shower works well as well. You don't need to insert the card to turn on the electricity on the room which is an extra plus point. The amenities are very complete, as listed on the booking page. There's wifi on the room as well, but without it, phone signal works well! The first floor of this hotel is a cafe + hotpot restaurant. The hotpot was delicious with the chilli sauce and a big portion as well for a 2 person. If you don't eat Tibetan Yak, don't worry there's an option here : mushroom & chicken hotpot, which was what we ordered. The coffee was also good! If you stay at this hotel, you should try to eat at the restaurant or maybe drink the coffee as well. 😁 Overall, I would recommend this place to everyone! If I'm going back here in the future, I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Everything is very good. The hotel is la family-run hotel. The owner and his stuff are very helpful. They offer a pickup and drop off service from the bus station. The foo here is also very good.

All staff are very attentive and helpful. What's great is that there is one staff member who can speak English and provide excellent assistance with everything. The hotel is close to the tourist visitor centre and bus station for Chengdu. Really recommend this place.

Really nice people and really good food & drinks ! The yak pancake is delicious, try it. Watchout: foreigners are forbidden to access the Siguniang valleys (we tried everything) but they are few spots nearby (accessible by car) which have really nice views.

Wonderful, warm hospitality. Food was delicious, we had all breakfasts and dinners at the hotel and everything we ordered was yummy! Room is comfy and basic - it was the perfect crash pad after each day of hiking.
