Our stay here was absolutely worth every penny. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warmth and attentiveness of the entire team. The service truly went above and beyond — every staff member was incredibly friendly, offering great advice on where to visit around Chengdu, and even thoughtfully prepared an oxygen bottle for our trip to the national park. A special highlight was the hotel’s manager personally offering us a car ride to the national park — such an unexpected and generous gesture that made our journey even more comfortable and memorable. On our first night, we enjoyed a delicious hotpot at the hotel, and on the second night, we tried other Chinese dishes — every meal was authentic and absolutely delicious. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a stunning view, making it a perfect place to relax after a full day of exploring. This was without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We left with full hearts and amazing memories. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Chengdu — we would love to come back again!

I might say the hotel has the best and worst location ever! Pros: - the hotel staff are very helpful and try to speak english to me as they can. - the room is very beautiful, clean, warm, you can see many mountain! Very peaceful. - the location is in the middle of the scenery, you have to entrance to the Siguniang, take the bus same as other tourist and you have to tell the driver. - Since the location is in the scenery, you have to take 15 minutes from the entrance to the hotel. There is a hotel bus that can pick you up with ur luggage from 15pm. So that means you need to choose whether you will take a luggage with you to drop at the hotel by yourself or tell your private driver to contact the hotel and do it for you. - the hot pot for our dinner is delicious Cons: - There were no food that sell around the hotel! No snack, no minimart, nothing but the hotel. - Everything is really expensive in the hotel, I suggest you buy from outside. Be prepared! - You need to contact the hotel first before you get in. If you are foreigners, it’s quite hard to do it dus to the language problems. - if you once enter to the scenery, you cannot go out. If you go out, you need to buy a new ticket to get in. If I find a peaceful place to stay, I might choose this one. In the middle of the scenery, peaceful mind, nice view, beautiful hotel. But I not recommend for foreigner as it hard to find food, no restaurant except the hotel restaurant that charge you.

Upon arrival, the hotel offered us a free ride and upgraded our room. The view was stunning. The front desk lady was wonderful and even taught us how to use the electric blanket and projector. The room also had oxygen. The next day, my mom had altitude sickness, so I went to the park by myself while she stayed at the hotel. I explained the situation to the front desk lady, and she agreed to a late check-out until 2:00 PM. Thank you very much. (Although my mom later said she'd check out at 1:30 PM, I understand.) The restaurant is in Courtyard 1 and requires stairs to reach. The breakfast was average, and we weren't used to it. The front desk lady even contacted a taxi for me. Although it was supposed to be 25, the taxi later charged me 50 (taxis are really hard to come by here). We then had to go to the bus station. My mom checked out at 1:15 PM and waited downstairs, but it seems the taxi driver was late. In the end, the hotel took her home. I really liked this hotel. The view was beautiful, and the people were so nice. It exceeded my expectations. They were genuine and not a rip-off. I was a little disappointed later on.
