位置離霞浦高鐵火車站近，大約步行十分鐘的路程，新開業六層小樓的民宿，一層有茶台可以品茶，樓內設有電梯，樓頂平台有洗衣機可以洗衣服和晾曬衣服，站在平台上吹吹風，眺望遠方的風景很愜意！房間設施齊備，床品衞生乾淨，床軟硬適度，老闆娘細心周到，熱心的介紹周邊的景點和美味的餐館，並推薦價格合理的租車，貼心的服務，像回到家一樣的感覺，非常愉快的旅行！

老闆娘很熱情，乾淨整潔，晚上很安靜，睡得很舒服，下次來霞浦再來。周圍吃飯也方便，地方特色小吃。
