8月4日晚上22點左右入住，前台員工（忘記看工號牌）服務挺主動，真是做到了從賓客角度出發看問題，看我們隨行的是小大孩，安排了房間升級，樓層安排了高樓層，而且是中間房間，都是我女兒比較喜歡的，説話也是輕聲細語，但是充滿了肯定和專業的，到房間後我們叫了➕拖鞋，服務員也是挺細心，同時加上了整套的洗護用品，挺意外的，想客人所想

酒店位置很好找，周圍的交通便利，吃飯遛彎都很方便。服務態度很好棒，比較有效率。房間採光很好，三樓自助洗衣房很方便，還有個健身房，可以擼鐵，總之很棒！

酒店服務非常好，可以停車，地上地下都可以，有健身房，也有自助洗衣，非常方便，開車到大京海灘，不堵車一個小時。

頭一天在晉江住的凱里亞德，感覺很好，所以到霞浦就繼續選擇了這裏。當天晚上到，因颱風關係，風很大，大堂經理看到後還在門口迎接，表示關心，貼心。入住也很快，早餐也算豐富。接下來説説不好的：1、隔音真的太差。晚上隔壁不知道是吵架還是電視，吵死，電話打到前台投訴，半天沒效果。2、早上開票。開始兩個年輕人不停推脱，一下系統不行，一下沒有權限，一下網絡不好，在本人強烈堅持下沒幾分鐘發票也開出來了，想不通為什麼要如此推！現場五個人，還有一個領導模樣的人，一點也不關心，感覺這個店的整體服務意識有待提高。
