酒店本身衞生、服務、硬件配置都與酒店品牌匹配。有酒店專用地下停車場。距離央視頻報道的中國觀日出地標點花竹村也很快，開車十幾分鍾就上去了。
但是酒店周邊的環境很差勁。1.酒店海景房的推拉玻璃窗密封不好，早上天剛亮了，大媽大爺們就在酒店樓下便道上開始舞蹈晨練了。酒店牆壁的隔音效果也不好，隔壁和樓道的嘈雜聲特別影響休息。2.酒店所在的三沙鎮上街道衞生很差，海景房前填海造陸的建築垃圾和暴土揚煙的街道衞生，沒有什麼城鎮規劃可言，整體感覺就是一個字“亂”，顛覆了對美麗霞浦的想象！原計劃三天兩晚的遊程，第二天就退房了。

衞生間太小了，門一開擋住了整個淋浴房的門，也剛好不碰到馬桶。如果改成移門，空間上會好一下。因為差20幾塊錢，選了海景房。但這個海景房有點特別，感覺省下20幾塊買杯咖啡也不錯…..

第一感覺衞生有點差，馬桶上有粘着頭髮，浴室門口還有毛毛。小朋友急着上大號，就自己弄乾凈了。這邊主要是居民區，樓下就有跳廣場舞，有一點點吵。大概10點左右停了。隔音不是很好，樓下逛逛，吹吹海風還是比較舒服的，都是大排檔，奶茶店，買東西很方便。酒店房間門有點重，所以樓上，隔壁關門的聲音比較響。其它就中規中矩，停車場是和小區共用的，比較老，位置挺多，但是比較小。

去四礵坐船，海上交響號，非常方便！應該是三沙鎮上比較少的，或者説唯一的酒店，其他都是民宿。總體是快捷酒店的感覺。去碼頭坐船，還有吃飯，是真的方便！
