冬天去的話要做好洗澡水不熱的準備，房屋熱水應該是用的太陽能，無法調節温度，遇到陰天時很冷，有太陽也不是很熱。床單和枕巾應該是換了的，可能枕芯太臟，仍然一股味。除了主卧床墊比較厚，柔然。兩個次卧的床墊都很薄，床硬，床也很鬆。WiFi信號不是很好，而且網速慢，傳照片都比較吃力。電視也無法看，網絡故障，應該是很久沒有維護了。唯一優點是有機麻，喜歡麻將的朋友很適合。整體來説房屋屬於能住，但對品質有點要求的來説應該都不會太滿意。
