帶家人來西昌旅遊，入住星程邛海十七度萬達廣場酒店體驗超棒！工作人員主動提供小童用品，服務細緻周到。房間乾淨整潔，細節滿分。早餐豐盛多樣，既有本地特色美食，又有適合孩子的餐點，全家吃得舒心，強烈推薦！

來住這家酒店真的太值了！一進門就感覺特別乾淨，很温馨，床軟乎乎的，躺下就不想起來。工作人員態度特別好，有求必應，連問個路都超耐心。早餐種類多，味道也不錯，樓下交通也方便，附近吃飯逛街都很方便。住得特別舒服，下次還來！

住進星程，突然讀懂了“細水長流”，我常年出差，覺得酒店衹是睡一覺的容器。直到這次在西昌星程，被微笑服務，熨斗架上墊着的牛皮紙（防燙壞衣服）、淋浴間地漏永遠清清爽爽沒有頭髮絲這些小小的細節戳中。客房大姐打掃的時候會把我攤在桌上的資料理整齊，我退房那天在下雨，前台撐傘送我去出租車時，行李箱忽然被卡了石子，她蹲下去用指甲把石頭弄了出來，很細緻的服務，出差首選！

加了99元升級兩晚家庭房，靠小區中庭非常安靜。早餐很棒👍🏻和全季、鑫海酒店是同一棟樓。旁邊就是萬達。

工作原因，今年幾乎每週都會到西昌出差，去住過好幾個酒店，住下來還是喜歡星程，除了房間本身乾淨整潔外，對我來説工作人員的服務態度真的是沒得説。有時候一天要請他們幫忙打印好幾次文件，不論前台值班的是他們中的那一位，每一次都特別熱情的幫忙，從不推諉。有時候自己不好意思想要給打印費，他們也從來都不會收。 其他酒店，説實在的，基本上沒有遇到過這樣的團隊。 其他日常需求，他們也都是第一時間迴應，盡力去滿足，特別滿意。另外，我不是託兒，今年住她們家至少二三十次應該還是有的，老住客的真心推薦。
