對比了瓊海邊的幾家酒店，發現賽波府性價比最高，其他酒店八九百多的海景房和賽波府沒辦法比，一進房間就是180度海景，設施設備非常齊全，房間帶酒店LOGO的 茶杯非常好看，可惜不賣 。大廳的彝族羣子，非常有特色，之前翻評論説停車場很小，結果到店一看，多多少少可以停個30倆車吧 環境就不説了非常好，下次還會入住的。

非常安靜，乾淨衞生，送了迎賓水果。早餐，特別是三鮮米粉味道不錯！開窗見海，樓下後門出來就是邛海環湖步道。前門對面就是盧山。地理位置太好了。湖邊租個車，騎行湖邊，迎着風，享受藍天白雲。值得。

在邛海邊、房間可以看到海的酒店裡，這家可能是性價比最高的。酒店不大，但是房間和公區的佈置，還是很温馨和有格調的。從房間望到窗外，瓊海的風景很美。從酒店坐電梯就可以到湖邊散步，體驗當地人閑適的生活。
總之，這一天的入住讓人感覺很舒適。

酒店位置很好就在邛海海灣邊
下樓就可以在海邊喂海鷗划船
當然還可以沿海騎行賞海景
酒店裝修設施略有些年頭

1.入住時工作人員告知可免費升級，前提竟然是好評並交100按金，當場拒絕了。就這點體驗就非常不好。第一次遇到這種情況，其他地方也碰到過免費升級，要不就是直接升級不帶條件，要不工作人員會順便帶一句希望能給好評。
2.酒店位置沒得説，1樓可直接通到瓊海邊，對面就是上瀘山的索道滑道口，可以看到日出，早餐過得去，坐靠窗位置看海很舒服。
3.房間小設施老舊，插座很少，充電找了很久，插座竟然被牀頭櫃完全擋了，需要搬開櫃子才能充電，櫃子非常重！浴室的小圓鏡不知道是啥鬼，把人放很大，嚇了一大跳！洗澡時會積水地漏流速慢
4.上下電梯衹有一部有時需等待，走廊竟然看到壁虎！
5.工作人員好好培訓下吧，服務意識差，連職業性假笑都沒有！
哎真的是浪費這麼好的位置資源，不管硬件軟件還是人員都需要升級了！圖片1房間看到日出，圖片2 3是餐廳拍的
