I saw online reviews that mentioned that laundry service was available and the reviews were quite high, so I chose this hotel. I arrived at the hotel around 7pm. First of all, the hotel parking lot is really weird and inconspicuous. After arriving at the hotel according to the navigation, I had to turn around to enter the parking lot. Secondly, I came back from dinner at 8:30 and wanted to do laundry. The front desk told me that it was too late and it would disturb others. Generally, laundry service is only provided after 8am. I was also convinced. It turns out that your laundry service is only suitable for guests who arrive early or at least stay for two consecutive days, right? . . The Atour Hotel in Kunming where we stayed on the first night of this trip was cheaper than this hotel, but it was better than this hotel in terms of hardware, service, etc.

哇塞！這次住店體驗簡直超棒！必須給這家酒店打個大大的5星⭐！ 從前台客服開始，就感受到了滿滿的熱情。一進門，他們臉上那燦爛的笑容，就像春天裡的陽光，讓人一下子就覺得特別温暖、親切。辦理入住的時候，效率超高，還特別耐心地解答我們的各種問題，態度好得沒話説。 而且呀，服務真的是無微不至。沒想到竟然還額外送了我們一些桃子吃，桃子又大又甜，這小小的舉動，卻讓我們心裏暖乎乎的，感覺就像回到了自己家一樣。 房間也很乾凈整潔，設施都很齊全，住着特別舒服。 總之，這次的入住體驗太棒啦！下次來這邊，一定還住這家酒店！強烈推薦給大家！

來西昌真的必住的一家酒店！位置很好交通也很方便 門口就是濕地公園 各個景點都離得不遠。更加分的是服務真的特別好 前台小姐姐熱情耐心 給了很多遊玩建議！ 房間也乾淨舒適 晚上的夜宵很棒 住過那麼多酒店 很少見到晚上還提供夜宵的，酒店門口就全是藍花楹 可惜就是還沒開完 五一假期還會再來！真心推薦給各位朋友！期待下一次的西昌之旅啦！

非常滿意的酒店，性價比高，衞生條件好，並且晚上8點後還有免費的晚餐。強烈推薦。不足之處就是酒店沒有介紹地下停車的進口，到了酒店找不到停車場進口，我在這向以後的遊客介紹一下，停車場入口在正對酒店大門的右邊不到100米處。
