網上預訂的是1.5米的大床加1.2米床的親子房間，結果老闆給留了一般的小標間1.2米的床，到了老闆態度很不好，喊我們住一般的房間，如果住其他房間需要補費用，還説沒有和去那兒網合作，我們怎麼預訂的酒店，聽了簡直火冒三丈，太不負責任了，體驗感非常不好，最終大吵了一架，還打了110，最終老闆妥協給換了房間，差評，以後再不會去入住這家酒店了，而且樓下有早餐店，很早就吵鬧了

房間衞生沒打掃乾淨，浴室還有三根煙頭。另外，我們明明網上預訂的是標間，老闆嫌棄我們訂的是標間，説要免費升級套房，我們不滿意套房環境，老闆不願意按照原訂單的房間給我們，説讓我們退訂單。哪有這樣做生意的，還第一次遇到，老闆居然還説是我們不願意商量。我們最後報警處理了，還打了12315投訴。

房間很小，平放行李的地方都有些夠嗆。連住3晚，無人打掃衞生，都是自己打掃，倒垃圾等，跟想象的有比較大的差距。去哪兒網站發的歡迎水果，到了現場也説沒有，不知道這回事兒……
