The hotel is located at the entrance to downtown Xichang. It is very quiet and convenient to the ancient city and Qionghai. There is a Wal-Mart next to it. You must come to Xichang during this beautiful limited season of jacarandas. The hotel I booked online is very good. The room is bigger and brighter than in the photo. The quality control of the room was poor. When I first checked in, the bathroom door could not be opened from the inside. The engineer came to deal with it and told him that there was a problem with the slide rails and that it could not be solved in a short time. The door could not be fully closed or it would not open. It was really embarrassing for a family of three boys in their teens. I contacted the front desk to change rooms and got a room next door. Secondly, the room sizes are different, and the air conditioner is very loud. As a stopover during the trip, the focus is on sleep quality. The engineer came to deal with it again, but also to no avail. He asked the manager on duty to come over and communicate with him, but he still didn't come. It was really hard to hesitate, so I decided to go back to the room where the bathroom door was broken. 1. There is nothing wrong with maximizing hotel revenue, but at least quality assurance is required. The bathroom door is broken, and the wallpaper on the room walls is damaged due to water leakage. It is really difficult to support the Ctrip score of 4.9. 2. There was a lack of professionalism in handling problems that occurred that day, and there was no follow-up. 3. The staff of the engineering department are sincere and pragmatic. Regarding the air conditioning problem, they were still on site to deal with it long after I left the room. 4. When checking out the next day, a lady at the front desk should be friendly, show concern and give a souvenir to express her apology. For us, the closed loop of souvenirs cannot improve the problems during the check-in process, and these items are not used. It is recommended that hotels control daily details and achieve value for money first.

The hotel has its own garage and can park for free. It was only that night that the hotel restaurant provided a nightingale (picture 1), although it was a light meal, it was very warm. Breakfast is very rich, self-service, and noodles and rice noodles (picture 2). The room is very modern, the layout is reasonable, the sleep is quiet, and there is a couch. Although the National Day room rate is more expensive than usual, it is acceptable, and breakfast and dinner are solved. It is also convenient to go to Jianchang Ancient City, and it takes 20 minutes to walk.

Fantastic hotel with polite, attentive staff. The view from the room is really nice and the hotel has a nice tranquil feel to it. Outside the hotel there's a few restaurants, bubble tea shops and a convenience store. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and big bath. The mini fridge was restocked daily with sparkling water, Costa coffee and beer. The breakfast was very tasty and although it was a set menu, there's plenty of choice and the menu was rotated between two options so you didn't end up with the same breakfast daily. There's clothes washing facilities on site with complimentary detergent and softener, which is great for us (we like to travel light). Overall a 5/5. If I had to be picky, my only issue is that I never did work out how to open the voice controlled curtains.

The room is large, clean and modern. There are welcome fruits and local peach juice drinks, which are very delicious. The breakfast is extremely rich and of good quality. It has its own parking lot with 4 slow charging parking spaces. The price-performance ratio is very high and the service is excellent. It is the best hotel we stayed in during this trip.
