停車廠很亂，停不了幾輛車，亂停亂放嚴重，早上出去時有車擋住我的車出不來，導致我在停車場等待30分鐘，老闆也不積極的去叫客人挪車，耽誤了我的出發時間。在網上定了兩天的住宿，由於行程變更，早上8點退房時就和前台申請退一天的房費，前台也同意了，可是到晚上6點都還沒有同意部分退房的申請，6點再次要求退取消並且要求扣錢才能退，這樣的酒店下次不會再住了，#服務

出了點小插曲，預訂的房間被別人住了，老闆挺好，想辦法讓我入住了，大過年的，到處房間都滿房，也算最好的安排了！劃重點，劃重點，真得吐槽的是旁邊一傢什麼龍的酒店，我們作為外地人一大晚上到貴地，人生地不熟，準備停在他家旁邊幾分鐘時間聯繫預訂的酒店，但因為不是住他家，就出來毫無人情味兒的惡語驅趕，你的地盤沒錯，惹不起我躲開，你家我繞開走，西盟我以後也繞開走，也不推薦朋友來了……

房間的門隨便開。因為不用鎖，也鎖不上，熱水很充足，這是優點，拖鞋不夠，問了前台，估計打遊戲正吃緊，給了我幾雙一次性的，洗澡進出差點滑倒。空調很給力，這幾天住宿遇到最強勁的熱量輸出，洗的衣服一晚上就幹了，點贊。總體體驗不算太差，畢竟個體商户，要求不能太高，希望服務方面，參與度加強一些，口碑好，生意才會更好。

電箱跳閘，打電話給前台，告訴她沒電，結果好幾個小時了也不見來弄，床單的起球了，鏡子玻璃上都是污垢，牀頭櫃和電視機桌子上也有很多灰，晚上賊吵，總有人進進出出的，隔音一點不好，住着都害怕
